Moraa Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Participant purchases of Experiences and other paid learning offerings through Moraa, unless different terms are clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by Moraa. It is incorporated by reference into the Moraa Terms of Service.

Moraa centrally administers refund decisions for transactions made through the platform. This Policy is designed to give Participants reasonable purchase protection while respecting Practitioner time, limited-capacity offerings, and digital content that may be consumed immediately.

1. Live Workshops and Single-Session Experiences

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, a Participant may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of a paid live workshop or other single-session Experience.

Refunds are generally not available less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or after the Experience has begun, except where required by law or where Moraa determines that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund or credit.

If Moraa or the Practitioner cancels the Experience and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled option that the Participant accepts, Moraa will provide a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Experience.

2. Multi-Session Courses and Cohort Experiences

Unless different refund terms are clearly disclosed before purchase, a Participant may request a full refund while no more than 25% of the scheduled Course or cohort Experience has been delivered.

Moraa will determine the portion of the Course delivered primarily by reference to scheduled instructional time delivered, rather than the Participant’s attendance. Moraa may also consider access to course materials and other relevant usage information where appropriate.

If the 25% threshold would fall during a scheduled session, Moraa may establish and disclose an equivalent refund deadline at an appropriate session break or other reasonable point. Any such deadline will be disclosed before purchase.

Once more than 25% of the Course has been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Moraa determines that exceptional circumstances warrant a remedy.

3. Self-Paced and Digital Experiences

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, a Participant may request a refund within 7 calendar days after purchase, provided the Participant has not substantially completed, consumed, downloaded, or otherwise used the Experience.

A Participant who has substantially completed or consumed the Experience is generally not eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within the 7-day period.

Moraa will determine whether an Experience has been substantially used or consumed based on available usage information, which may include completion percentage, content accessed, time or activity within the Experience, downloads, submissions, and other relevant usage indicators.

Access may be removed when a refund is issued.

4. Rescheduled or Materially Changed Experiences

If a Practitioner or Moraa materially changes the date or time of a paid live Experience and the replacement schedule does not reasonably work for the Participant, the Participant may request a refund.

If a material portion of a paid Experience or program is cancelled and no reasonable substitute is provided, Moraa may provide a full or prorated refund, credit, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.

5. Removal for Misconduct

A Participant removed for harassment, abuse, fraud, material disruption, unauthorized recording or distribution, payment abuse, or another material violation of the Terms may not be eligible for a refund. Moraa will consider applicable law and the circumstances.

6. Outcomes Are Not Refund Guarantees

Unless an offer expressly includes a stated outcome guarantee, dissatisfaction with a career, recruiting, admissions, financial, business, learning, or other outcome does not by itself create a right to a refund. Outcomes depend on factors beyond Moraa’s and the Practitioner’s control.

7. Exceptional Circumstances and Abuse

Moraa may issue refunds, credits, transfers, replacement access, or other remedies outside these rules when Moraa determines that material service failures, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances warrant doing so.

Moraa may deny or limit refunds where it reasonably believes the Policy is being abused, including repeated consumption-and-refund behavior, fraudulent claims, payment abuse, or attempts to retain content after a refund.

8. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through the support method provided by Moraa or email contact@moraa.co. Include the account email, applicable Experience, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Moraa will administer refunds in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

This Policy does not limit non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

9. Practitioner Fees

This Policy does not apply to platform subscription fees, premium-feature fees, or other amounts paid by Practitioners to Moraa for Practitioner tools or services. If Moraa offers paid Practitioner plans or services in the future, applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed separately before purchase.

10. Future Purchase Models

Moraa may in the future offer additional purchase models or services, including subscriptions, memberships, bundles, coaching, advisory services, or sponsored programs. If introduced, applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, access, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.

11. Changes to This Policy

Moraa may update this Policy as its Services evolve. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce refund rights already applicable to a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
