4. Practitioners, Participants, and Collaborative Learning

When you enroll in or participate in an Experience, information reasonably necessary to create, administer, support, or deliver that Experience may be available to the applicable Practitioner, authorized co-hosts, workspace members or collaborators, and other authorized Users. Depending on the Experience and a person’s role, this may include your name, profile, enrollment, attendance, participation, progress, responses, submissions, collaborative contributions, and feedback. Access should be limited to information reasonably appropriate to the person’s role.

Other Participants may see information you choose to share in collaborative portions of a Service, including your name, profile, comments, responses, chat messages, audio/video participation, or other contributions. Consider the audience before sharing personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

5. Public and Restricted Information

Some Moraa information is intended to be publicly accessible, such as public Practitioner profiles, public User profiles, Experience descriptions, and content intentionally published publicly. Public information may be visible without an account, indexed by search engines, or shared by others.

Other Services may be private, invitation-only, direct-link, approval-based, organization-restricted, or otherwise limited. Public accessibility does not necessarily mean Moraa will list, feature, recommend, or distribute the content through discovery or marketplace features.

6. Recordings, Transcripts, and Recaps

Certain Experiences may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or archived. Free public Experiences, Moraa-produced or Moraa-sponsored Experiences, community programming, and other designated Experiences may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, archived, and made available through Moraa. Moraa may also use recordings, excerpts, clips, screenshots, transcripts, summaries, and related materials from such Experiences to showcase the Experience or Practitioner, promote Moraa and its learning offerings, and create related learning or promotional materials, subject to applicable notices, consents, and law.

For paid, private, or restricted-access Experiences, recording, availability, reuse, and distribution may be controlled by the Practitioner, Moraa, or both, depending on applicable settings, disclosures, and program terms.

Recordings and transcripts may include names, voices, images, chat messages, questions, responses, and other contributions. Where recording or transcription is enabled, Moraa will provide notice as appropriate and obtain consent where required by applicable law. A recording may be restricted to enrolled Participants or another authorized audience and is not necessarily public.

7. Artificial Intelligence, Personalization, and Improving Moraa

Moraa uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, agentic systems, analytics, recommendation systems, automation, and other data-driven technologies to provide and improve the Services. These capabilities may be available to any User and may support creation, transformation, organization, delivery, discovery, summarization, personalization, assessment, facilitation, recommendations, analytics, automation, and participation.

Moraa and service providers acting on our behalf may process information collected through the Services in connection with these capabilities. This may include User Content, Experience content, uploaded materials, prompts, responses, interactions, learning and participation activity, outputs, edits, selections, feedback, and usage information.

We may use information collected from Users and their use of Moraa to operate, provide, personalize, evaluate, secure, develop, and improve the Services, including Moraa’s artificial-intelligence and machine-learning models, agentic systems, learning systems, recommendations, personalization, analytics, assessments, automation, and other product features.

We may create and use aggregated, de-identified, analytical, statistical, or derived information, including insights, patterns, signals, classifications, and representations derived from use of the Services, to understand how Moraa is used and to operate, develop, evaluate, and improve our products, services, artificial-intelligence and machine-learning models, agentic systems, learning systems, recommendations, analytics, automation, and other technologies, subject to applicable law.

Users retain their rights in User Content as described in the Terms of Service. Using Moraa does not transfer ownership of underlying User Content to Moraa.

We may use third-party artificial-intelligence, model, infrastructure, and technology providers to process information on our behalf. We do not intentionally authorize those providers to use private User Content to train their general-purpose artificial-intelligence models for their own independent purposes except where separately disclosed or authorized.

AI-generated content, analytics, assessments, and recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance or publication.

8. Skills, Learning, and Career Insights

Moraa may in the future offer learning, skills, or career insights, analytics, assessments, recommendations, scores, classifications, or similar features. If introduced, we will provide appropriate disclosures about the information used, how the feature works at a meaningful level, and who may receive the resulting information before or when the feature is used.

9. How We Disclose Information

Practitioners, co-hosts, and Participants: We disclose information as reasonably necessary to provide collaborative Services and the User relationships described in this Policy.

Service providers: We use providers for categories such as cloud infrastructure and hosting, payments, authentication, live communications, collaboration, analytics, experimentation, monitoring, email and notifications, support, security, fraud prevention, and artificial-intelligence technologies. They may process information on Moraa’s behalf. Moraa may maintain a separate list of material service providers or subprocessors that can be updated as our technology stack changes.

Moraa may in the future offer programs sponsored or administered by employers, schools, or other organizations. If introduced, Moraa will disclose what Participant information will be available to the sponsoring organization and to applicable Practitioners or collaborators, and for what purposes. Appropriate disclosures will be presented through the Services, including during enrollment where appropriate. Participation in a sponsored program will not by itself give a sponsoring organization access to all information associated with a Participant’s Moraa account or activity outside that program.

Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the integrity of the Services.

At your direction or with consent: We may disclose information when you direct us to or otherwise provide consent.

Google Services and User Data: Moraa may allow Users to sign in with Google or connect supported Google services, such as Google Drive or Google Meet. When a User authorizes a Google integration, Moraa accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data only as needed to provide or support the User-requested functionality and as described in this Policy. Moraa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users may revoke supported Google access through their Google account or applicable Moraa controls.

10. Payments

Payments and Practitioner payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect payment information, bank or payout information, identity-verification information, tax information, and other information required to process transactions and comply with financial regulations.

Moraa generally receives transaction-related information such as purchases, amounts, transaction identifiers, refunds, discounts, payout status, and disputes rather than complete payment-card details.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Moraa and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, preferences, analytics, performance monitoring, and improvement of the Services. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without a choice where permitted by law. Where consent is required for analytics or other non-essential technologies, Moraa will provide an appropriate consent mechanism and will not intentionally activate those technologies before obtaining the required consent.

You may also be able to manage certain technologies through browser or device settings. Moraa may provide additional cookie information or preference controls through the Services.

12. Marketing, Sale, and Targeted Advertising

Moraa may send marketing or Practitioner-related communications as permitted by law and consistent with disclosures and preferences presented through the Services. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the mechanism provided in the message or available account controls.

Moraa does not currently sell personal information for money or share personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide choices required by applicable law.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not prevent necessary transactional or service-related communications.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide Services, maintain accounts, preserve legitimate Participant access, complete transactions and payouts, comply with legal/accounting/tax requirements, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect Moraa and Users.

Retention periods vary by information type, purpose, legal requirements, and whether an account, Experience, or commercial relationship remains active. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

Where content must remain available to preserve legitimate Participant access, Moraa may retain the content and associated records while minimizing or separating account information where appropriate.

14. Security

Moraa uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.

15. International Processing

Moraa is based in the United States. If you access Moraa from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where Moraa or its service providers operate. Where required, Moraa will use appropriate mechanisms for international transfers.

16. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal certain privacy decisions.

Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Privacy requests may be submitted to contact@moraa.co.

17. California Privacy Information

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws. Where those laws apply to Moraa and the information at issue, eligible residents may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain information concerning categories of personal information collected or disclosed, and exercise other rights provided by law.

Moraa will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. As described above, Moraa does not currently sell personal information for money or share personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

Moraa’s general Services are not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create a standard Moraa account. Moraa does not knowingly collect personal information through its general Services from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected through the general Services without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Moraa may in the future provide specially authorized educational or organizational programs involving younger users. Any such program may be subject to additional privacy notices, consents, contractual protections, or other requirements. Practitioners must be at least 18 years old.

19. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as Moraa, our Services, and applicable laws evolve. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate. The Effective Date above indicates when the current version of this Privacy Policy became effective.
